Afrox, a Linde companyHigh Pressure Cylinder FillerNdola, Zambia | req32221What you will enjoy doingInspect cylinders for correct ownership and suitability for filling, including test status verificationCheck and maintain cylinder filling pumps, hoses, connections, and valves to ensure safe operationSort and stack cylinders by category to prevent mix-ups and ensure correct filling pressuresConduct leak tests on valves and neck threads during and after filling to prevent gas loss and accidentsPerform purity tests on representative cylinders to ensure compliance with quality standardsMaintain good housekeeping by arranging cylinders properly and removing unwanted materialsWhat makes you greatYou possess a full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent, and a technical qualification is an added advantageYou have atleast 3 years' experience in operating and inspecting gas cylinders or similar equipment in a production environmentStrong attention to safety and quality standards, including ability to perform leak and purity testsAbility to work independently while following established procedures and regulatory requirementsMechanical aptitude and capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy cylindersWhy you will love working with usAfrox is a market leader in gases and welding products and part of Linde.
