KAFUE COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES AND RESEARCH LTDVACANCY ANNOUNCEMENTPOSITION: MARKETING OFFICERS Kafue College of Health Sciences and Research is a registered Higher Education Institution committed to providing quality education and training in the health sciences. The College is seeking to recruit dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Officers to strengthen student recruitment, enhance the institution's visibility, and support the achievement of enrolment targets.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidates will be responsible for:Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.Conducting school and community outreach programmes across Zambia.Organising and participating in education fairs, exhibitions, career guidance programmes, and promotional events.Building and maintaining strong relationships with secondary schools, colleges, government institutions, churches, NGOs, and corporate organisations.Promoting the College's academic programmes through presentations, meetings, and marketing campaigns.Managing and updating the College's social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.Creating marketing content, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials.Identifying new markets and partnership opportunities to increase student recruitment.Monitoring competitors and providing market intelligence to management.Preparing weekly and monthly marketing and recruitment reports.Assisting in organising College events, graduation ceremonies, and public relations activities.Responding promptly to enquiries from prospective students and other stakeholders.Performing any other duties assigned by Management.Qualifications and ExperienceApplicants must possess:A Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.At least two (2) years' experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or a service-oriented organisation.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong report-writing and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms.Experience in social media management and content creation will be an added advantage.Personal AttributesThe ideal candidates should be:Self-motivated and target-driven.Innovative and creative.Honest, reliable, and of high integrity.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent team players with strong networking abilities.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit the following in one document:Application letter;Detailed Curriculum Vitae with at least three (3) traceable referees;Certified copies of academic and professional qualifications; andCopy of National Registration Card (NRC).Applications should be addressed to The Principal Kafue College of Health Sciences and Research and emailed to: Email: inforhr.kihsr@gmail.comClosing Date: Tuesday, 11th August 2026.No hand delivered applications will be accepted.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Kafue College of Health Sciences and Research Ltd is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates.
