The role will support and manage multiple business ventures, including:• Fully Furnished Apartments (Short- and Long-Term Rentals)• Luxury Spa (Startup Phase)• Furniture Business (Startup Phase)This position requires a highly organized professional who can effectively manage daily operations while also driving business growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the furnished apartments and support staffImplement operational systems, procedures, and reporting structuresEnsure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiencyBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and partnershipsDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenueBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partnersStartup DevelopmentAssist in the setup and launch of the luxury spa and furniture businessIdentify suppliers, establish vendor relationships, and support operational setupDevelop operational guidelines and performance targetsReporting & Financial OversightMonitor operational expenses and budgetsPrepare regular performance and financial reports for managementTrack key performance indicators and recommend improvementsMinimum Requirements & QualificationsProven experience in business development, operations management, or a similar roleStrong background in sales strategy, client relationship management, and revenue growthExcellent financial understanding and reporting abilityStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop growth-oriented strategiesExperience in hospitality, property management, retail, or startup environments is highly desirableExperience with CRM systems, data analysis, and market research tools is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferredHigh level of integrity, accountability, and ability to work independentlyWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow with an expanding business groupLeadership role with long-term growth potential
