Audit Supervisor

A reputable Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our growing Audit & Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading audit engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with ISA and firm methodologies.Identify risks and internal control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations.Draft management letters and assist in preparing audit reports.Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff.Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional guidance.Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.Minimum RequirementsProfessional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, CA, CPA)Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in external audit.Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).Proven experience supervising audit teams.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
