A reputable and well-established Audit Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join its professional team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional audit services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion.Ensure full compliance with ISA, IFRS, and the firm’s internal methodology.Review audit working papers, financial statements, and final reports.Provide technical guidance on complex audit and accounting matters.Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams to ensure high-quality performance.Maintain strong client relationships and offer value-adding insights.Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Full professional qualification: ACCA, CA, CPA, or ZICA.5–7 years audit experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level.In-depth knowledge of ISA, IFRS, and auditing best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
