JOB DESCRIPTION – CROSS-BORDER LOGISTICS OFFICERPosition: Cross-Border Logistics OfficerDepartment: LogisticsReports To: Operations Manager / Logistics ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor cross-border transportation of goods and equipment.Prepare and verify customs, import/export, and transport documentation.Liaise with customs authorities, clearing agents, transporters, and clients.Track shipments and ensure timely delivery across borders.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and logistics activities.Resolve delays, documentation issues, and other transportation challenges.Prepare logistics reports and provide regular updates to management.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably cross-border operations.Knowledge of customs and border clearance procedures.Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
