Business Automation & Systems Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Automation & amp; Systems Specialist to help us build, manage,and improve the systems we create for our clients.You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining workflows that help local servicebusinesses receive leads, track calls, manage follow-ups, and measure results.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys automation, business systems, AI tools, andsolving technical problems.What You’ll Do⚙️ Build and maintain automations in Make.com��️ Set up and improv CRM workflows in Monday.com�� Work wit CallTrackingMetrics to track calls, forms, phone numbers, and campaigns�� Us Claude Code to help build internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and automationsystems�� Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations�� Ensure every lead reaches the correct CRM, team member, WhatsApp, Slack, or email�� Help track lead status, sales, revenue, and campaign performance��️ Troubleshoot broken automations and improve existing systemsTools You’ll Work With�� Claude Code⚙️ Make.com��️ Monday.com�� CallTrackingMetrics�� APIs and webhooks�� Slack and WhatsApp�� Google Ads and Meta AdsWhat We’re Looking For✅ Experience with Make.com, Zapier, Monday.com, Airtable, CRMs, or similar tools-MUST✅ Understanding of automation, workflows, APIs, and webhooks-MUST✅ Strong problem-solving skills✅ Good communication skills✅ High attention to detail✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks✅ Interest in AI tools, automation, and business systems✅ Experience with lead generation or digital marketing is an advantage
