POS Auditor

Jubaili Agrotec Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical POS Auditor to join our team. If you have a passion for auditing, financial reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, this could be the opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audits of company Points of Sale (POS).Reconcile customer statements, sales statements, invoices, cash collections, and other financial records.Verify compliance with company policies and internal controls.Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and prepare audit reports with recommendations.Verify stock movements, transfers, returns, and cash handling procedures.Visit customers to confirm account balances and transaction records.Travel extensively to branches and customer locations to perform field audits.Work closely with Finance, Sales, Stores, and Operations to strengthen internal controls.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a POS Auditor (mandatory).Strong understanding of audit principles, reconciliations, and internal controls.Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative abilities.Honest, professional, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel frequently across Zambia.If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging role where your attention to detail can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.To Apply: Send your CV in pdf format to HR.Zambia@jubailiagrotec.com with the subject "Application – POS Auditor."Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
