Job Title:Financial ConsultantLocation: Woodlands Lusaka, Zambia. Employment Type: Full-Time.Role SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Financial Consultant to advise clients on suitable financial solutions and drive sales of microfinance products. The role focuses on client acquisition, financial needs analysis, and long-term relationship management while meeting individual and team performance targets.Key Responsibilities● Prospect, acquire, and onboard new clients through field, digital, and referral channels.● Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products including life cover, funeral plans, education plans, and savings solutions.● Explain product features, benefits, terms, and premiums clearly and ethically.● Assist clients with applications, documentation, and onboarding processes.● Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads, renewals, and policy servicing.● Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.● Stay up to date with product offerings, regulatory requirements, and market trends.● Collaborate with team leaders and support functions to improve performance.Minimum Requirements● Grade 12 certificate.● Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance or a related field.● Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage.● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in the field.●Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile/digital tools.●High level of integrity and customer focus.Key Competencies● Sales and client relationship management● Financial needs analysis● Goal-oriented and resilient● Professional presentation and communication● Time management and planningCompensation & Benefits● Attractive commission structure with performance incentives● Training and professional development● Career growth opportunities within financial servicesHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their CV, Results, a brief Cover Letter relevant experience and motivation for the role via email at mubemba98@gmail.com
