Grant Management & Resource Mobilization (1 Position)The ideal candidate should have experience in:* Grant proposal writing and donor engagement.* Grant management, compliance, and reporting.* Resource mobilization and fundraising strategies.* Identifying and securing funding opportunities from local and international donors.* Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with donors, development partners, and the private sector.* Developing resource mobilization strategies to strengthen the Foundation's financial sustainability.* Supporting institutional growth and long-term NGO sustainability.* Advising the Board on income diversification, fundraising initiatives, and organizational sustainability.* Strategic planning and organizational development.2. Legal Expert (1 Position)The ideal candidate should possess:* A legal qualification and relevant professional experience.* Knowledge of non-profit governance and regulatory compliance.* Experience in reviewing contracts, policies, and governance documents.* Ability to provide strategic legal guidance to the Board.3.
