Coutry Sales Manager

The RoleWe are entering the Zambian market and seeking a sales leader to drive our commercial strategy. You will own the full P&L for Zambia, build distributor networks, manage key accounts, and lead a local sales team. You’ll explore export opportunities to neighbouring SADC countries.Key Responsibilities· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.· Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales force.· Ensure 100% compliance with Tobacco Control Act and excise tax regulations.· Monitor competitors (BAT, JTI) and implement anti-illicit-trade measures.· Provide market intelligence and accurate forecasts to regional HQ.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).· 8+ years of sales management experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in tobacco/cigarettes.· Proven track record in Zambia or SADC markets – deep understanding of local trade, consumer behaviour, and tax policies.· Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.· English fluent;We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonus
