Job PurposeTo perform all carpentry-related maintenance works, including fabrication, installation, repair, and finishing of wooden structures, fittings, and fixtures across client sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.5. Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate, install, repair, and maintain wooden structures, fittings, doors, frames, cupboards, ceilings, and related fixtures.Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance tasks as assigned by the Site Maintenance Coordinator.Perform measurements, cutting, shaping, and assembling of materials according to specifications.Inspect and diagnose faults in wooden structures and recommend appropriate repair solutions.Ensure all carpentry works meet company quality standards and client expectations.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition.Complete job cards, maintenance reports, and documentation accurately and on time.Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to support overall site operations.Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.Perform any other related duties as assigned.6. Qualifications & ExperienceGrade 12 Certificate.Certificate or Trade Test in Carpentry or related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in carpentry or building maintenance.Experience working in residential, commercial, or industrial maintenance environments is an added advantage.7. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong carpentry and joinery skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.Good problem‑solving and fault‑diagnosis abilities.Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.High attention to detail and quality workmanship.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision.
