Sales Consultant

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant in our showroom.Age Requirement: 20–35 yearsLocation: Lusaka, ZambiaCore Duties;* Welcome walk-in customers and professionally introduce vehicle features and advantages* ⁠Arrange vehicle test drives and follow up sales leads until deal confirmation* ⁠Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and referrals from existing clients* ⁠Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and responding to inbox messages on social media platforms* ⁠Register customer information, update follow-up records, and maintain client files* ⁠Assist supervisors with order submissions, vehicle preparation and handover ceremonies* ⁠Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materialsQualifications & Requirements;* Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (automotive or related industry is an added advantage)* ⁠Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field* ⁠Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills* ⁠Ability to confidently explain product features and selling points* ⁠Skilled in smartphone and social media operations* ⁠Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s license* ⁠Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
