Sales & Marketing Officer

NextCon Engineering Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team in Lusaka.Key Responsibilities* Identify and develop new business opportunities.* Promote the Company’s Telecommunications, Fibre optic, WiFi, LAN, CCTV, ICT, Construction and Engineering solutions.* Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.* Build and maintain strong client relationships.* Achieve monthly sales targets.* Conduct client visits, presentations, and site assessments.* Support the Company’s marketing, branding, and social media activities.Minimum Qualifications* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing.* Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking, Engineering, or Construction is an added advantage.* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.* Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s licence.* Must be willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.What We Offer* Competitive salary.* Performance-based incentives.* Career growth and professional development opportunities.* Opportunity to work on exciting Telecommunications, ICT, Construction and Engineering projects.Location: LusakaInterested candidates should send their CV and cover letter to hr@nextconengineeringltd.com, clearly indicating “Application – Sales & Marketing Officer” in the subject line.Closing Date: 15/07/2026
