The core objective is to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a safe, organised working environment.Responsibilities- Track and manage inventory accuracy.- Inspect warehouse facilities and maintain clean, safe working conditions.- Supervise and manage warehouse staff.- Monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality delivery and cost-efficient workflow processes.- Warehouse resource management: Plan, allocate and manage warehouse space, manpower, equipment and tools for receiving, storage and dispatch operations.- Inventory management: Monitor daily and monthly stock levels, supervise repackaging of damaged or non-conforming goods, and ensure accurate stock records.- Personnel management: Manage staff attendance, overtime scheduling, salary review, and training for permanent and temporary workers.- Forklift management: Conduct daily fuel audits and monitoring for all forklift units.- 6S management: Oversee and maintain 6S compliance across all warehouse zones.- Daily briefing: Organise daily morning meetings to communicate company standards, updates and operational requirements.- Exception handling: Timely report warehouse abnormalities and operational issues.- Complete other ad-hoc assignments from management.Qualifications- At least 5 years of formal warehouse team management experience.- Must have a bachelor's degree and relevant certificates..- Essential:Management experience in the tile, hardware, or other manufacturing industries..- Logistics or supply chain related degree is an advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard warehouse management systems and equipment.- Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Must pass criminal background check and credit reference check.- High level of personal integrity and professional ethics.- Ability to build stable working relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills with experience managing multicultural teams.Domestic Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities:1. Sales target achievement:Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to ensure that sales targets are met.Analyze sales data, track sales performance, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.Develop corresponding sales strategies according to market changes to increase sales.2. Team management:Establish and manage sales teams, conduct team building and training.Motivate team members, improve team morale, and enhance sales performance.Evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback and guidance.3. Customer relationship management:Develop new customers and expand sales channels.Maintain old customers and establish long-term cooperative relationships.Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues to improve customer satisfaction.4. Market research and analysis:Collect market information and understand the dynamics of competitors.Analyze market trends and provide sales strategy suggestions for the company.Participate in industry exhibitions and promotional activities.5. Coordination and communication:Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales work.Maintain good communication with dealers and other partners.Report sales and market dynamics.Required Experience1. Bachelor's degree or above in Sales/marketing, business administration or related field2. Over 5 years working experience in Building material, construction, insurance, FMCG, Bank or related industry,preferably with work experience in large ceramic factories in Africa, strong stress resistance, conscientious and responsible.3. Very good communication skills4. Ability to take critical and measureable initiatives5.
