Job Description

Comcare is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our team.We are seeking a reliable, patient, and tech-savvy individual to assist riders and customers by providing remote support for our battery swapping operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer and rider calls.Assist riders with battery swap issues over the phone.Troubleshoot cabinet, battery, and mobile app-related problems.Resolve customer enquiries and provide clear guidance.Escalate technical issues to field technicians when necessary.Record customer issues and maintain accurate support logs.Follow up on unresolved cases until they are completed.Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage).Good problem-solving and customer service skills.Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online systems.Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a call centre is an added advantage.Preferred QualitiesFriendly and professional attitude.Quick learner with a willingness to adapt.Strong teamwork and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.LocationLusakaHow to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and a cover letter explaining why they are suitable for the role on the whatsapp number 0571919999Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
