Job Description
Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts, and payments.Capture financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and supplier/customer accounts.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare payment schedules and assist with creditor payments.Maintain filing systems for financial documents and records.Assist with payroll administration and employee expense claims.Prepare VAT, tax, and audit documentation as required.Generate financial reports for management.Respond to supplier and customer account queries.Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.Perform general office administration and support duties.
