The ideal candidate should have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and other handheld electronic devices. The successful applicant must be confident working with both hardware and software issues and possess excellent micro-soldering skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, microphone, and button replacements.Carry out motherboard-level repairs and micro-soldering where required.Diagnose and repair charging, power, display, and water damage issues.Install, update, and troubleshoot device software and operating systems.Test repaired devices to ensure they meet quality standards before returning them to customers.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation.Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and completed jobs.Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options and estimated completion times.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years' experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and similar electronic devices.Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices.Proven experience with micro-soldering and motherboard repairs.Ability to diagnose both hardware and software faults accurately.Experience using professional repair tools and diagnostic equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.Good communication and customer service skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Stable, full-time employment.Opportunity to work with a growing and innovative company.Professional and supportive working environment.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application along with your CV via WhatsApp to +260965359059.
