Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls courteously and professionally.Provide accurate information about products and services.Gather, verify, and communicate customer information effectively.Show empathy and provide personalized customer service when needed.Meet the company's call quality standards.Identify and report opportunities to improve customer experience and productivity.Maintain good attendance and punctuality.Consistently achieve daily performance targets.QualificationsGrade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and MathematicsA tertiary qualification is an added advantage.Age Requirement24 – 33 yearsLanguage RequirementsApplicants must speak at least one of the following local languages fluently:TongaLoziLundaKaondeLuvaleLocation RequirementsApplicants must live within a 7 km radius of the office.
