Key HR duties includeimplementing HR policies,managing staff recruitment and onboarding administering payroll and benefits, maintainingemployee recordsStaff Development and Welfare Training Ensure the university adheres and complies labor laws and all applicable regulatory requirementsKey Student Affairs Duties includeStudent Records & Data ManagementManaging the issuance of official transcripts and verificationRegistration & EnrollmentGraduation coordinationPolicy Compliance & Quality AssuranceKey Accounts Duties Include overseeing student fee managementcontrolling institutional expenditures setting up fee installment schedules, and tracking tuition paymentsHandling accounts payable, and preparing petty cash reconciliations Maintaining internal financial records aligned with standard accounting practices. Budgeting & Financial Reporting ConsolidationCompiling necessary financial data and liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth year-end auditsEnsuring adherence to statutory tax and regulatory requirements (such as ZRA, NAPSA, or NHIMA regulations).Cross-Departmental Collaboration Working closely with the main Registrar and Dean's offices to ensure only students who are up-to-date on fees are cleared for exams or graduationRecruitment Minimum 3 years working in similar position Qualification Bachelor degree in education or relevant degree, a Masters is an added advantage
