Bemba Language Teacher

Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging Bemba language lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.Teach reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Bemba.Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment.Encourage appreciation of Bemba language, culture, and traditions where appropriate.Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and student performance records.Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development as required.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.Teaching qualification with specialization in Bemba is an added advantage.Fluency in spoken and written Bemba and English.Previous teaching experience is preferred.Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.Passion for teaching and helping students develop confidence in the Bemba language.Professional, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
