ACCA P4 Tutor (Financial Management)

Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and high-quality tuition for the ACCA Financial Management (formerly P4) paper.Prepare and deliver lessons that simplify complex concepts and promote student understanding.Develop lesson plans, study materials, revision resources, and practice questions.Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock examinations.Provide academic support, guidance, and constructive feedback to help students achieve examination success.Stay up to date with ACCA syllabus changes, examination techniques, and best practices.Maintain accurate attendance and student performance records.Foster a positive, professional, and motivating learning environment.Requirements:ACCA Affiliate or Member qualification (or equivalent professional accounting qualification). Candidates with strong expertise in Financial Management will be given preference.Previous experience teaching ACCA or other professional accounting qualifications is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of ACCA Financial Management concepts, examination techniques, and current syllabus requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.Ability to explain complex accounting and finance concepts in a clear and practical manner.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience achieving high student pass rates.Experience with both in-person and online teaching.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
