Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Welcome clients warmly and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.Manage reception duties, appointments, bookings, and enquiries.Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial and client records.Coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to management and staff.Monitor office and reception supplies and assist with inventory management.Ensure the reception and office areas remain organised, professional, and presentable.Assist with general office operations and any other administrative duties as assigned.Requirements:Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
