VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – TECHNICAL MANAGERArm Secure Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Technical Manager.Position SummaryThe Technical Manager will be responsible for leading the technical department and overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of security systems. The role requires a solution-driven professional who can manage technical teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide innovative security solutions that meet client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and develop the technical team to achieve high performance and service excellence.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarms, and related technologies.Assess client security requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.Ensure all technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and implement technical policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.Conduct regular training and mentorship programs for technical staff.Monitor emerging security technologies and industry trends to enhance service offerings.Prepare technical reports, project updates, proposals, and presentations for management and clients.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceDegree, Diploma, or professional certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Security Systems Technology, or a related technical field.Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a technical management role within the security industry.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with electronic security systems and technologies.Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desired AttributesSolution-oriented and innovative thinker.Strong leadership and people management skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.Excellent planning, organizational, and reporting abilities.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their application letter, detailed Curriculum Vitae, and copies of relevant qualifications to the Head of Human Resources.Closing Date: 30th June 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
