She/He will work from identification of grants and tenders opportunities, through all the application process and to the report to the relevant stakeholders once the projects are in the implementation phase.Key Responsibilities:Market AnalysisIdentification of new funding opportunitiesCreation and maintenance of a clear Annual Grants Plan with all opportunities applied for or passedGrant ManagementPreparation and consolidation of compelling applications to secure funding for the business:Drafting of full proposalsCoordination of different streams to provide all information requiredTimely submission of all requirementsManagement of a repository of all supporting documentation required by FundersDevelopment and maintenance of a Grant Tracking Tool to monitor grant progress, compliance, and performanceSupport the Legal Counsel in the contracting of the grant or subsidyBusiness SupportMonthly stakeholder meetings with partners to ensure alignment is maintained throughout the programProvision of support on governance forums as well as tracking of strategy executionMinimum Qualifications/ Traits:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business-related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience with strong understanding of grant management processes.Strong ability to assess proposals, identify financial and operational risks, and provide evidence-based recommendations.Interest for renewable energy and rural electrification in AfricaSkills & AttributesExperience with funding programsProficiency in MS Office ToolsExcellent writing skills in EnglishGood communication and interpersonal skills.LanguagesProficiency in English (spoken and written).Compensation:The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience. To Apply:Please send your CV to careers@talenthousepeople.com before the 25th of June, 2026.
