About NetOne Foundation The NetOne Foundation, as the implementing partner for Intervention 2 of the Smart Africa Markets for All (SAMA) Programme in Zambia, is spearheading a transformative four-year initiative under the Smart Africa Alliance, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. The programme is designed to improve the livelihoods of at least 32,000 young people, 20,000 women in the informal economy through the AISHA programme, and 12,000 ICT-trained youth through the NALA programme, with a strong focus on empowering young women, who represent at least 70% of the beneficiaries.SAMA seeks to expand access to inclusive digital markets, entrepreneurship opportunities, and dignified employment by strengthening digital skills, promoting financial inclusion, and enhancing market access for economically disadvantaged youth. Through the programme, informal traders are equipped with practical digital and business skills to grow and sustain their enterprises, while ICT-trained unemployed youth receive industry-relevant digital training and professional certifications across data science, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud computing to increase their employability and participation in the digital economy.Role Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the NetOne Foundation’s Smart Africa Digital Markets for All (SAMA) programme. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of office activities and project implementation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, donor-funded environment.Job Description:● Provide administrative and office support, including correspondence management, record keeping, report preparation, and coordination of meetings and events.● Support project implementation by maintaining project documentation, tracking activities and deadlines, and assisting with stakeholder engagements and outreach activities.● Assist with finance and procurement processes, including invoice processing, purchase requests, petty cash reconciliation, and maintaining expenditure records.● Provide HR administrative support, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance monitoring, and leave management.● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements through proper documentation, filing, audit preparation, and record management.● Maintain efficient office operations by managing supplies, databases, and administrative systems to support program delivery.Minimum Qualifications Required: · Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field. · Experience in an NGO/donor-funded environment is an added advantage· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
