Job Description
As a Sales Associate, your primary role is to ensure superior customer service by answering product and service questions, while suggesting information about other products and services. You will be responsible to process orders, prepare customer correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.Duties and Key Areas of ResponsibilityFirst point of contact for all customer queries and processing of ordersOpen and maintain customer accounts and profiles by recording account information on the admin websiteLiaison between Sales, Finance, IT and customersResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionPrepare product or service reportsManage inbound customer callsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsGo the extra mile to engage customersAssist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchangesAdvise customers on available productsOmnibus & FICA ManagementAd hoc Duties as required from time to timeRequirementsAcademic and Trade QualificationsNational Senior CertificateAdditional courses in relevant fields will be advantageousValid Driver’s License and Passport.Work Experience & SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in SalesPrevious experience in an inbound and outbound service centerExperience in logistics and transport is advantageousPersonal & Behavioural TraitsExcellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.Results-oriented: Strong focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets.Customer focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and address sales-related issues effectively.Team player: Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve sales objectives.Align with Korridor’s values:We say it, mean it, do itWe find a wayWe change the gameWe help each other thrive
