Customs & Clearing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Customs & Clearing person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customs clearance processes, managing import and export documentation, and ensuring timely movement of goods across borders while complying with all applicable regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process import and export documentation.Coordinate customs clearance procedures with relevant authorities.Liaise with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and government agencies.Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and trade regulations.Calculate duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.Resolve clearance delays, disputes, and documentation discrepancies.Maintain accurate records of shipments and clearance transactions.Coordinate cargo inspections and verification processes.Monitor changes in customs laws and advise management accordingly.Qualifications and RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in customs clearing and forwarding.Knowledge of customs procedures, trade regulations, and import/export documentation.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Valid driver's license will be an added advantage.Interested candidates should submit their cover letter and detailed CV to recruit.minshen@gmail.com no later than Friday, 19th June 2026 .
