The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of work experience in various roles within a construction environment on a long-term Contract.1. SITE FOREMAN - 1 Requirements1. Diploma in Civil Engineering2. 3-4 years proven work experience in construction site supervision3. Strong leadership and communication skills4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings5. Knowledge of health and safety standards2. CARPENTER- 2 Requirements1.Minimum of grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate with 3 years working experience 2. Install walls, floors, ceilings, form work and roofs 3. Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. 4. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed 5. Must be experienced with storey building form work and other outdoor works 3. BRICKLAYER - 4 Requirements1. Minimum of grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate with 3 years working experience2. Proven Experience in bricklaying, block work and plastering 3. Ability to read and follow construction instructions and drawings4. Knowledge of construction safety practices5. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.4. GENERAL WORKERS - 10 Requirements1. Minimum of grade 12 certificate and 1 years working experience2.
