We offer creative, effective and flexible solutions that not only help individuals discover their career paths but provide organizations with talent they can recruit, develop and retain.About the role:Our client is offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience with a mission-driven, fast-paced organisation in the renewable energy sector.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise sales agents in the assigned territory or market segmentEstablish and maintain strong business relationships with agents to ensure target achievementConduct and coordinate meetings, activations, prospection activities, burn parties, and any related sales-driving activitiesImplement zoning strategies per feasibility study outcomesCollaborate with the Regional Manager and Sales Support Rep to execute company initiatives such as pilots, launches, promotions, and trade showsEnsure adequate product availability across shops and agents in the territoryManage and reconcile stock, enforce FIFO principles, and maintain a zero “lost units” policyOversee stockist operations and ticket resolution within SLALead all reverse logistics in the assigned territoryMonitor and support agent performance, including PJP reviews, accompaniment, coaching, and mentoringRecruit and train new agents/scouts, and manage agent exitsAct as the administrative lead for agents, including performance tracking and disciplineReport fraud and tampering issues promptlyRequired skills and qualificationsGrade 12 CertificateExperience supervising or leading field sales teams, agents, or promoters.Ability to recruit, train, and manage field agents effectively.Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Experience in FMCG, renewable energy, telecommunications, or direct sales environments is an added advantage.Experience in territory management.Compensation:This opportunity offers a base pay + commission structure.To Apply:Please send your CV to careers@talenthousepeople.com
