Besides solar products, we also offer phone financing through a Pay As You Go model.To strengthen portfolio quality and mitigate fraud-related risks, Sun King Zambia is inviting reputable and experienced private investigation firms to submit proposals for the provision of investigation and fraud management service Scope of ServicesThe successful firm will be expected to provide services including, but not limited to:- Management of Tampering/Hacking & Fraud Risks through Identification and Closure of Hacking Dens- Apprehension and potential prosecution of individuals suspected of fraudulent activities.- IMEI profiling and location tracking for products flagged as at risk of default, as well as for lost products.- Recovery of Sun King units that have been flagged as at risk of default or lost.- Involvement of local authorities and other relevant entities, as necessary.- Preparation of cases for legal prosecution.Submission RequirementsInterested firms should submit:Company profile.Proposal detailing relevant experience.Copies of business registration and applicable licenses.Client references and evidence of similar assignments completed.Shortlisted firms will be invited to make a presentation and participate in an interview process before final selection.
