TEAM LEADER

Job Title: Team LeaderRole Overview: Spectrum Credit Limited is looking for driven and experienced TeamLeader to join our growing team! As a Team Leader, you will play a key role inmanaging and motivating our Financial Consultants while contributing to thegrowth of our customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-daysales activities, ensuring targets are met, and supporting the Branch Managerin developing effective sales strategies.
