Progressive Poultry Limited T/A TigerChicks Limited is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:Maintenance Supervisor (1 Position)Location: Lusaka WestReports to: Maintenance foremanKey Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities.Ensure all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the maintenance team.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.Respond promptly to electrical faults and maintenance requirements to minimize downtime.Maintain proper records of maintenance work and report any major issues to management.Qualifications & RequirementsCraft Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in electrical maintenance.Proven experience supervising and managing a maintenance team.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Good communication and leadership abilities.How to Apply:Interested candidates meeting the above qualifications should apply by 30 JUNE 2026 and only PDF documents must be used.Note: PLEASE STATE THE POSITION APPLIED FOR.
