LEGAL INTERNAfrican Panorama Investment Group Limited is a comprehensive group corporation with construction installation, real estate development, and overseas investment as its primary businesses and property management, garden greening, and project ornamentation as its supporting businesses. We are seeking to employ a self- motivated Legal Intern for an initial period of six (6) months.LOCATION: Emerald Hill along District Road opposite R&G ArenaPrimary Responsibilities and DutiesDrafting legal correspondence with Stakeholders including preparation of pleadings, contracts, and memoranda.Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve disputesKnowledge in real estate and construction is an added advantage.Bias in corporate law and conveyancing lawInter-departmental liaison and advisoryMaintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.QualificationsDiploma in Legal Studies or related field.
