CONSUMER LENDING-DIRECT SALES AGENTS

AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Consumer Lending-Direct Sales Agents to be based in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Solwezi, Chipata, Mumbwa. The Consumer Lending-Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.Loan documentation preparation and Evaluation.Key customer liaison person and Customer acquisition. Meeting or exceeding sales targets.Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in direct sales, field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or relationship management.Experience in selling financial products such as loans, insurance, mobile money, savings products, or related services is an added advantage.Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.Full Grade 12 Certificate. ZAQA certification is a must.How to Apply:If you are interested, please submit your application by following this link https://hr.abbank.co.zm/ by midnight on 19th June 2026.
