The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Create, edit, and manage marketing content including videos, photos, graphics, and promotional materials.Operate drones for aerial photography and videography for marketing purposes.Manage and grow the company's social media presence.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Coordinate advertising and promotional activities.Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.Organize and support company events, exhibitions, and product launches.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role.Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.Ability to operate drones and capture high-quality aerial content.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Qualified candidates should sent their CVs to celinechewe41@gmail.com
