The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end hiring process and help us attract, assess, and onboard top talent to drive growth.Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment: Post job vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, extend offers Talent pipeline Build and maintain candidate databases for current and future roles in lottery sales/operations Candidate experience Manage communication with applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hiresEmployer branding Represent the company professionally to attract quality candidates in the Zambian job marketHiring compliance Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Zambian labor laws and company hiring policiesReporting Track hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and maintain recruitment records using Excel and HR systemsCoordination
