OneLife requires, a versatile, dynamic, self-motivated, highly credible, and suitably qualified individuals to fill the vacant positions below.1.)  Membership ConsultantJob Description Summary·       Registering all member application forms when received·      Underwriting of all forms·      Loading new business and member application forms timely and accurately·      Activation of new members and inclusions·      Deactivation of members·      Communicating membership rules to clients·      Conducting membership reconciliations·      Handle all client related queries and Correspondence and escalate to relevant department when necessary·      Continually improve and maintain high service levels·      Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders·      Deliver client-centric processes and solutions·      Attend to walk in clients and provide the necessary assistance·      Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders·      Take ownership for driving own career development·      Positively influence and participate in change initiatives·      Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency·      Manage financial and other company resources under his or her control·      Qualification and Experience·      Must have at least a first degree in Insurance or business-related qualification.·      Diploma in Insurance (added advantage)·      At least 2–3 years experience in insurance related role.·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·      Ability to coach and motivate teams.Application ModeSend your CV and Professional qualifications, scanned as one document before 16th June 2026, indicating on the subject line the role you are applying for to: Careers@one.co.zm and cc: sikalawos@one.co.zm
