We are seeking a professional, responsible, and experienced individual to join our team as a Driver.PositionDriver – 1 PositionKey ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company vehicles and transport staff, equipment, and materials to designated locations.Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of personnel, documents, and supplies.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.Keep accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.Ensure compliance with road traffic regulations and company policies.Assist with loading and offloading of materials when required.Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of customer service.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 School Certificate.Valid Driver's Licence...Minimum of Class C1Minimum of three (3) years' proven driving experience with a reputable organization.Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences.Ability to communicate effectively in English.Good knowledge of Lusaka and surrounding areas.Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when required.Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.Added AdvantagesDefensive Driving Certificate.Experience driving both light and utility vehicles.Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.Experience working in a corporate or service-oriented environment.Certificate in auto-mechanics.Required CompetenciesProfessionalism and integrity.Time management and reliability.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
