JOB TITLE: Call Centre AgentCOMPANY: Exponent BizolutionLOCATION: ZambiaJOB OPPORTUNITY: CALL CENTRE AGENTSExponent Bizolution is seeking vibrant and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:A Diploma in any relevant field (certificate holders are welcome to apply)Previous work experience in a call centre or customer service environment (experience in other fields will also be considered)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet performance targetsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelTyping speed of at least 20 words per minuteKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle incoming and outgoing customer callsProvide accurate information and quality customer serviceLog and escalate customer queries where necessaryMeet daily and monthly performance KPIsMaintain professional conduct at all timesWORK HOURS: 8-hour shifts (details to be confirmed)EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 12 monthsEDUCATION LEVEL: Associate Degree preferred (certificate holders are welcome to apply)SEND APPLICATION: jobs@exponentbizolution.org
