Job Description

Job PurposeTo ensure effective and efficient booking and scheduling of both valuation and tracker fitment services, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational coordination.Main Responsibilities ●     Capture and schedule all valuation orders, tracker fitment orders, and de-installation orders.●     Liaise with IT Support in case of system failures or technical challenges.●     Coordinate with valuers and technical teams for field assignments.●     Preparation and processing of valuation and tracking job data to the technical team.●     Provide consistent and timely updates to customers on the status of their bookings.●     Ensure adherence to all company procedures and service standards.●     Make necessary follow-ups on pending or exceptional cases to ensure closure.●     Liaise with the accounts department on matters of invoicing and fee collections Education & Competencies and Skills●     Degree or Diploma in relevant Arts and Science.●     Good team player.●     Excellent organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.●     Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.●     Integrity and reliability.●     Excellent customer service skills and communication skillsIf you believe you are the right candidate for this role and meet the stated skills and responsibilities, kindly submit your application to jobs@spectrumcreditltd.comPlease ensure you send one PDF document containing both your CV andacademic certificates.
