Our work spans governments, NGOs, donors, and private-sector partners across Zambia, and we plan to scale more widely across the region.The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build strategic partnerships. This role combines commercial leadership with social impact, supporting growth initiatives for Mwabu and its sister companies in the UK and South Africa. The role is expected to expand but is initially part-time (up to 30 hours per week) with a blend of remote home working and attendance at the Mwabu offices in State Lodge.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth across government, donor, NGO, and private sector markets Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies across the Mwabu Group Strengthen Mwabu’s brand positioning as a leader in rural EdTech solutions Represent Mwabu at stakeholder meetings, conferences, and industry events Lead and support the sales and marketing teams across the Group Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and report on business results Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Country Director, who will provide overall supervision, strategic guidance, performance management, and oversight of the role.
