This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys working with people, has an interest in children's learning and development, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and educational retail.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations at our East Park Mall kioskWelcome and assist customers in selecting suitable educational productsExplain the learning benefits and appropriate use of productsProcess sales and maintain accurate recordsKeep the kiosk organised, attractive, and well-stockedCreate content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsAppRespond to customer inquiries on social media and messaging platformsAssist in planning and implementing promotions and marketing campaignsSupport school, teacher, and parent engagement activitiesPrepare weekly sales and activity reportsMaintain daily sales and expenses recordsRequirementsEducationDiploma in: Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
