Chef

Graceal Lounge needs a Chef who owns the food. If the food flops, we flop.You will:‎- Create and cost the full Graceal menu.‎- Run the kitchen: train cooks, enforce hygiene, FIFO stock rotation‎- Order food stock, check quality on delivery, deal with suppliers‎- Ensure speed + presentation: mains out in 20-25 mins max‎- Pass all Health/Council inspections- Be a resident of Chongwe ‎‎We need: Culinary qualification + 3+ years as Chef/Sous Chef. Can manage 5+ cooks. Creative but cost-conscious.
