General Manager

Graceal Lounge is a new upscale restaurant + bar in Chongwe looking for a strong General Manager to run daily operations.‎‎You will:‎- Oversee all staff, rosters, training, and discipline across kitchen, bar, and floor‎- Control costs: food cost, liquor pour cost, wastage. Hit monthly profit targets‎- Manage customer service, VIP bookings, complaints, and health inspections‎- Handle daily cash-ups, sales reports, and stock reconciliations with Accountant‎- Enforce opening/closing procedures, grooming, and service standards- Be a resident of Chongwe ‎‎We need: 3+ years managing a busy bar/restaurant. Sharp with POS systems. Calm under Friday night pressure. Knows ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA basics. Diploma in Hospitality/Business is a plus.
