Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Officer Reports To: Human Resources ManagerJob PurposeTo manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and manpower administration to ensure effective staffing and HR compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment and selection activities.Source, screen, and interview candidates.Manage onboarding and employee documentation.Maintain employee records and HR databases.Allocate manpower numbers and support workforce reporting.Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.2–3 years' experience in recruitment and HR administration.Valid ZIHRM practising licence.Key SkillsRecruitment and interviewing.Communication and organization.Attention to detail and confidentiality.Microsoft Office and HR systems proficiency.KPIsTime to fill vacancies.Quality of hires.Accuracy of employee records.Compliance with recruitment and onboarding procedures.Application ProcessInterested candidates who meet the above requirements should submit their application letter, detailed CV, and relevant supporting documents to recruitment@goldenlay.co.zm.Closing Date: 19 June 2026.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
