Sales Personnel/Sales Executive

The company delivers renewable energy solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Zambia. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the renewable energy sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Conduct site visits and customer consultations. Promote solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up on inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. RequirementsDegree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of sales experience (renewable energy, electrical, construction, or technical sales experience is an added advantage). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets. Good presentation and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
