Afrox, a Linde companySales ManagerLusaka, LSK, Zambia | req29471What you will enjoy doingYou will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals (Senior Sales Representatives) to manage and grow revenue for Zambia in line with Company goals and objectives.You will ensure the region meets or exceeds financial targets for sales, margin, and operating profitCreate sales plans and Key Performance Indicators for the region to achieve sales objectivesSecure long-term Product Service Agreements with Afrox customersResolve customer concerns promptly and effectively and maximize market share by coordinating with Afrox marketing programsCreating a positive environment that encourages sales growth is key, so you’ll lead initiatives that help the team succeedRegularly, you’ll meet with Senior Sales Representatives to review sales performance and track progress on your goalsWhat makes you greatYou should have bachelor's degree; MBA is preferred and you should have defined sales process expertise to be successful in this roleYou should have more than five (5+) years of sales experience with large account management and more than three (3+) years in a management/leadership roleStrong background in industrial gases and equipmentChemistry or engineering background is preferred; petrochemical industry experience is preferredYou possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with solid interpersonal skillsYou should be expected to travel a minimum of 25% for this roleWhy you will love working with usAfrox is a market leader in gases and welding products and part of Linde.
