IT TECHNICIAN CERBA LANCET ZAMBIATHIS POSITION WILL BE BASED AT THE LUSAKA MAIN LABORATORY==========================================================================================Key Competency Requirements:Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology/SystemsMinimum two years relevant working experience Must have a strong background in IT troubleshootingAdvanced computer literacyAbility to communicate effectivelyMust have good telephone etiquetteMust be customer oriented with good interpersonal skillsMust be able to travel throughout ZambiaMust have a valid driving licenseAbility to work in a pressurized environmentAttention to detail and maintain ConfidentialityAbility to analyse data Scope of Work:·      Provides expertise and instruction on use of hardware and software to system users·      Troubleshoot network and/or system outages·      Installation and maintenance of all hardware·      Action helpdesk tickets·      Installation and setup of new sites across the country·      Travel to all sites to monitor and maintain all IT equipmentTo apply, please send your CV, copy of Identity document, copy of qualifications, and cover letter via email to venna.belemu@cerbalancetafrica.comApplications Close 17:00 on Saturday 6th June 2026.
