CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CCECC)JOB OPPORTUNITY: DRIVER (3)Project: TAZARA ProjectLocation: LUSAKA/MPIKAEmployment Type: ContractChina Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), a leading international construction company, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Driver under the TAZARA Project.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport project personnel, visitors, and materials to designated locations.Operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations and company safety policies.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.Report accidents, breakdowns, and vehicle defects promptly.Assist with logistical and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.Ensure the security and proper handling of company property and equipment during transportation.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 School Certificate.Valid Driver’s License (Class B or higher).Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience, preferably on construction or infrastructure projects.Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working schedules.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Must be reliable, disciplined, and of high integrity.Experience working on railway, road, or large-scale construction projects.Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance.Applications should be addressed to:The Human Resources ManagerChina Civil Engineering Construction CorporationLusaka, Zambiaccecczm@gmail.comClosing Date: 15 JUNE 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.CCECC is an equal opportunity employer and encourages qualified candidates to apply.
